San Cristóbal De Las Casas (Mexico), a UNESCO Creative City of Crafts & Folk Arts, hosted the festival “Sabores y Saberes”, the first festival dedicated to two different categories of Creative City Fields: Gastronomy and Crafts & Folk Arts. During the meeting, ITKIUS created a booklet and interactive information about Popayán City of Gastronomy (Colombia) (click here to discover more) and its Chef Pablo Gúzman.

The event featured several artisans from Paducah (Quilt) and Icheon (Ceramic), Cities of Craft & Folk Art, after Carrara, who are integrating the TRusT^TM Platform for their artwork.
